Shipping Policy
Shipping is free for customers. Processing time can be 1-3 days and shipping is handled via USPS ground. Ground shipping can take 3-5 business days. To refund any merchandise, all return shipping is handled by the customer.

Customers can return merchandise, by reaching out to TheLuxoAmor@gmail.com and submitting a claim. Claims must be submitted within 3 business days of receiving your merchandise and all items, must be unworn.

Exchange Policy
Although, shipping is free for customers, each customer is ultimately responsible for the shipping cost of returning their items. Returns must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your items and you're eligible for a full refund, as long as all items from the original package is returned, items are not worn or damaged. If the item arrives damaged, please notify customer support within 24 hours.
